We work closely with over thirty-five local farmers, ranchers, fishmongers, beekeepers, and other food entrepreneurs around the state. Whether on three acres or three-hundred, all are hardworking Alaskans, dedicated to providing the highest quality food in the state.
You may have noticed a couple Washington farmers have made the list. We know you still want great produce year-round, but that Alaskan offerings can be a little slim in the winter. So we're rolling out a new business model we're calling Alaska First. We'll still prioritize local, Alaskan producers and products. But during the winter months when supplies are low, we will be offering a selection of high quality, transparently sourced products that aren't available from Alaskan farms, from our friends in Washington. *Products from these farmers are currently only available for wholesale customers.*
