In our opinion, Mugrage Hay and Cattle located in Delta Junction, raise the highest quality beef in the state. Their cows are pasture raised on grass all summer and fed local hay, barley, and pea silage in the winter. They are grain finished for beautiful marbling, offering a full flavored steak or burger you won't soon forget!
